MINDFULNESS TORAH AND REDEMPTION

God willing, I am about to complete a new book called: “Mindfulness, Torah, and Redemption: The Mindful Approach to Personal and National Redemption,” which should be available in Softcover, Kindle, and PDF versions. To help promote this new material, which becomes increasingly relevant with each passing day, I will be offering a four-part seminar on consecutive Mondays nights, beginning this Monday night, April 27 at 8 pm. Each session will be 60 mins, b”H.

Description

Mindfulness, Torah, and Redemption

This is the name of Rabbi Winston’s groundbreaking forthcoming book, b”H, and 4-part seminar of the same name.

“Mindfulness” has been a buzzword in the world over the last couple of years, and the program has been used to enhance work performance and to improve relationships. Too much of our lives is controlled by our unconscious mind, and mindfulness helps a person to consciously take more and better control over the daily events of their time in this world.

“But the world doesn’t go far enough with the idea,” Rabbi Winston explains. “There’s a LOT more to being ‘in the moment’ than simply being more aware of it and of its potential. For life to be the total experience it is meant to be, but often isn’t for most people, you need to know what that MORE is. That is what the book and webinar are about.”

The book uses a fictitious character to teach the facts about Torah mindfulness. The webinar (via Zoom) is broken down into four sessions:

April 27, 8 pm/1 pm EST: Living In the Moment
May 4, 8:15 pm/1:15 pm EST: Torah Mindfulness
May 11, 8:15 pm1:15 pm EST: Mindfulness & Redemption
May 18, 8:151:15 pm EST: The Complete Package

Each session will be approximately 60 mins, and will be recorded, so a person can review the class or make it up if they missed it.

The cost of the series is $36.00 for the four sessions (no matter when you join), and includes a free PDF version of the upcoming book, b”H (as soon as it is complete). It also includes the four webinar videos and Rabbi Winston’s notes for each session.

Looking forward to seeing you there.
