Chaynukah…The Chayn in Chanukah
Start date: Tuesday, October 20 (four consecutive weeks, b”H)
With Succos, Shemini Atzeres, and Simchas Torah now behind us, we have Chanukah to look forward to, b”H.
Of all the holidays, it seems the least complicated. Light the Menorah, play some dreidel, eat lots of latkes and doughnuts, and praise God for the miracle of the military victory, the oil that burned for seven extra days, and minimal weight gain after all those deep fried food! SURPRISE! Chanukah is one of the deepest, most profound, and primordial holidays in the Jewish calendar, and “Chaynukah: The Chayn in Chanukah” will explain how so just in time for the holiday, b”H.
This time, rather than charge participants, I would like to make the classes open to everyone.
This means looking for sponsors to make this feasible, b”H. Any contribution will be welcome, and your name will be listed as one of the sponsors, especially on the video. A contribution of $500 or more will allow you to make a dedication in memory/honor of someone(s), which will appear at the beginning of each session.
